At Layali, you can shop with ease and confidence – but sometimes you may want to return an item. Here’s what you need to know:

🔁 Return Policy

We only accept returns for hijabs and clothing items.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.

Note on volume discount promotions:

If a customer benefits from a volume discount (e.g. 10% off two items) and returns only one item, the remaining item will be charged at the regular price. The difference will be deducted from the refund.
